Anvil Enchanting Doesn't Work on Survival

I was trying to get protection 4, but needed a prot 2 chestplate, but ran into this when trying to combine the two. I tried in 1.16.3 and now 1.15.2

I even clicked out it, but it resulted in giving me protection one. Anyone know why this is?

Thank you for posting. It seems like one of the plugins are causing the problem. We have contacted the developer and hope they will be able to fix this asap!

When do you think this will be fixed? I just died in the survival world, then a zombie took my stuff, and then the zombie despawned
