First thing, can You stop re-posting Your application. In guidelines it is said NOT to double post, yet You did it 4th time.
Second thing, You should get well with our community and rules. Spend some time on the server and get familiar with our environment.
Thir thing for future, Your staff application is in an inappropriate format. When You will be ready, apply again and answer the questions and situation given in the application format.
