• What made you want to apply for a staff position here?

 Ans) i like to help people in the server and make them comfortable. if they recognize me as a helper they may seek help from me. i would love to help them 


• How much time can you contribute to being online and available?

Ans) i would always try to be online but i have some problems like my mother has work in this computer then i might not be available. i will be online everyday for atleast 4 hours.

Ana) no i havin't this is my first time.

Ans) yes, i am in conection with danny aka firebred_hunter who is a helper. he always helps me alot he also speaks my mother tongue.

Ans) No.

Ans) No

Ans) i do think so once when i joined this server i have spammed letters once and i swore since i miss spelled guys.

Ans) i am an international rated player. i play tournaments national wide in india. my rating in chess is 1144. i have won more than 5 national tournament in under-13 category you can check my profile in fide chess rating. my name is pritam siddarth thota. my hobbies are i draw pictures i am in intrested in cute drawings, i play games a lot i love minecraft the most.


Situations:



• What would you do if someone asks how to become staff?

Ans) i would take this discord DM and explain him step by step how to apply in the most comfortable way. if he does not have discord
i will try to explain him clearly in the minecraft general chat itself.


• What would you do if someone is reporting a hacker in Discord general chat?

Ans) I would investigate him what is the illigal thing that the person has done who you are reporting to be hacking. if the report is true then the hacker will be banned from the server. if the report is false i would worn the person to give a perfact report and prove that the person i hacking.


• Explain a situation where you have shown maturity / good handling of a situation.

Ans) i have helped two people to get them their basic needs. i dont think that is enought to show our maturity but i feel it is good manners to share and connect quicker with other players.


• You noticed a staff member being biased towards/against certain players. What would you do?

Ans) i would report the higher higher authorities that so and so staff member is violating the rules of the server.


• There is a heated argument between a few players in chat. How would you handle it?

Ans) i would tell them to chill a bit and briefly explain what they are arguing about and try to find a way to stop their argument.


• As a helper, what punishment would you give someone who is trying to recruit staff for their server?
Ans) I would mute them instantly, stopping them from advertising, then wait for higher authority staff to deal with it.
